Why Annual Termite Inspections are Important

Last year, we installed a termite barrier at your new home. In the majority of cases, your builder would have organised this on your behalf.  

It is now time to do an annual inspection which is necessary to maintain your product warranty and to ensure your property remains protected from termite attack.

Termites cause more damage each year than do storms, fires, and other disasters. Unlike storms, however, you can prevent termites from entering your home by having your property inspected for termites at least once per year.

Our In-Depth Termite Inspection involves one of our timber pest inspectors checking your place inside and out for evidence of termites, any termite damage, plus any conducive conditions that may attract termites.

We will check every area of your property—inside, we will check door jambs, window frames, cabinetry, and wet areas, as well as the sub-floor and roof void looking for any signs of termite activity. We will also do a thorough check outside in the garden, under decks, and in the shed.

Our service will be carried out with the same care and professionalism as we did for the initial installation.

After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report which outlines any findings or areas of concern.

All of our timber pest inspectors are licensed to inspect all forms of termite management systems to meet Australian standards.
