Annual Warranty Service
Fast & Affordable Pest Control
Keeping 1000's of Queensland homes and businesses safe from pests for more than 31 years!
Why Annual Termite Inspections are Important
Thank you for clicking the link from the email we sent you about your Warranty Pest Service being due.
Last year, we installed a termite barrier at your new home. In the majority of cases, your builder would have organised this on your behalf.
It is now time to do an annual inspection which is necessary to maintain your product warranty and to ensure your property remains protected from termite attack.
Termites cause more damage each year than do storms, fires, and other disasters. Unlike storms, however, you can prevent termites from entering your home by having your property inspected for termites at least once per year.
Our In-Depth Termite Inspection involves one of our timber pest inspectors checking your place inside and out for evidence of termites, any termite damage, plus any conducive conditions that may attract termites.
We will check every area of your property—inside, we will check door jambs, window frames, cabinetry, and wet areas, as well as the sub-floor and roof void looking for any signs of termite activity. We will also do a thorough check outside in the garden, under decks, and in the shed.
Our service will be carried out with the same care and professionalism as we did for the initial installation.
After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report which outlines any findings or areas of concern.
All of our timber pest inspectors are licensed to inspect all forms of termite management systems to meet Australian standards.
An In-Depth Termite Inspection will give you peace of mind knowing your property remains protected from termite attack and maintains your termite product warranty.
Pest Treatments
Pests such as cockroaches, ants, spiders and silverfish are common pests we treat in Southeast-Queensland. While we are at your property doing a termite inspection, why not get a pest treatment done at the same time?
Complete Pest Solution Package
Our Complete Pest Solution Package combines an In-Depth Termite Inspection with our most popular pest treatment package which treats cockroaches, ants, spiders and silverfish, all for a value-for-money price. Our Complete Pest Solution Package provides you with a total solution to keep your property pest-controlled all year.
Comprehensive Pest Solution
Ok, maybe you would like us to do your termite inspection now and have us come back at another time to do a pest treatment? We have a special at the moment on our Comprehensive Pest Solution which is a treatment package for cockroaches, ants, spiders and silverfish and comes with a 12-month extended service period. So if pests return, so do we!
Other Pest Concerns
If other pests are a concern to you, for example, if you have a pet and would like a regular flea treatment or are interested in us treating for Rodents in your shed, you can click one of the Pest checkboxes when you fill in the form, and one of our staff will give you a call to discuss your concerns.
Why not have us install a rodent station in your roof void while we are doing a treatment or inspection? We can offer you a special deal when you add on a rodent treatment to one of our packages. Please click the Rats and Mice box on the form and one of our team will give you a call and book it in for you.
